Monthly Support Plan – $145 per month

Ongoing peace of mind.

Designed for those who want regular support without needing to rebook each time.

Includes each month:

• One home visit (up to 60 minutes)
• One phone/video session (30 minutes)
• Priority booking
• Support from a familiar technician

Ideal for families who want regular support for parents or grandparents.

Unused sessions do not roll over.

Group Training Sessions – $350

90-minute interactive session
Suitable for up to 12 participants

Perfect for retirement villages, community groups, or staff training.

Topics can include:

• Online scam awareness (New Zealand examples)
• Smartphone and iPad basics
• Email safety
• Building everyday tech confidence

Extended Visit – $165

Need more time? Choose a 90-minute session for multiple devices or deeper support.

Ideal if you have multiple devices or several things to go through.

After-Hours Support – $180 per hour

Available after 7:00pm for urgent issues (subject to availability).
